Features

Convection Oven, also known as a fan oven, is a type of oven equipped with a fan. It facilitates
rapid air circulation within the chamber, creating an even and efficient baking environment.

Compared to traditional ovens that rely solely on natural heat convection, convection ovens enable
faster and more uniform cooking. With the aid of the fan, the baking temperature can be set 20–25°
C lower than that of conventional ovens, improving productivity while saving energy.
